Brendan (PvtBreno84) Backhaus is a content creator with an intellectual disability (Acute Autism) from rural Queensland, Australia. Born with a throat infection in regional Victoria, I had my mucus gland removed and I was diagnosed with asthma until I reached 13 years of age. Being a young man without an actual nickname in my teenage years, I had to come up with different nicknames on my own and without any influences to go from. I was bullied during high school from revealing secrets that I should have kept hidden which I changed in my later years, which has left me without as many trusted real-world friends as I would have liked, so I never had a nickname until I made one on my own. I had some actual real-world relationships previously, however, they all ended without a single child that I could call my own, so I am staying with my brothers and my elderly mother while remaining single for the time being until I find someone that would find me as a honest, trustworthy person with proper leadership qualities.

After being an All-Abilities State Netballer for Victoria in 2012, I dedicated my love for video gaming. The games that I was playing back then were mostly emulated NDS games, and my first ever guide release was a side quest guide in text form for Digimon World DS via GameFAQs back in 2010 under viperver1 which was my original gamer name until 2017. After playing many different games up to 2016, I started playing Lords Mobile in August 2016, and I jumped from a few inactive guilds until I was suggested to move into the guild that I am currently with. My current guild is only recruiting new players after every Guild Fest, so if you want to join me in my guild, then follow our guild announcement for details on how to join the guild. All random applications will be refused, so take your time to read the announcement before you start applying.

I started making image guides on the 8th of February 2018 under V1perMcKay, which was a few months after Lords Mobile decided to release the familiars on the global server on the 13th of December 2017, and retired from making image guides with PvtBreno84 being my current IGN on the 20th of February 2024. I am only respectful to those who show me respect for all of the work that I do on my own. My motto goes like this: "Respect is given when respect is earned. Negativity is not the best way to gain any friends, and only those who show positivity in any way shall earn the right to be called my friend."

I also play many other video games across various platforms, including PS5 and PC titles via Steam. I have set some spending limits to avoid being broke every fortnight, so that is why I keep each of my image guides entirely free of monetisation and rely on donations to keep my rent paid and upgrade my gaming/streaming PC to bring out high-quality videos plus streams. I am not sponsored by any company and am looking to be sponsored at some point in the future, just to give something back to my followers in return.

During October 11-13, 2024, I attended PAX Australia alongside Red Bull to attend the Red Bull Gameball Royale as one of the winners for the Domino's Australia x Red Bull giveaway. I have returned home to a rural town in Far North Queensland with a official dodgeball signed by all 4 team captains, and you will have the opportunity to check out this one-of-a-kind piece of sporting memorabilia soon on my official Twitch and Discord Streams. Many thanks to Red Bull, Flip Insurance, Uber One and Domino's for allowing me to be there to see such a thrilling event won by Loserfruit and her team "The Losers". I have still yet to meet Bajo from Good Game and I would like to achieve that dream of ever meeting one of my favourite ABC idols who have shaped my life into what it currently is today as a positive minded gamer with a disability.

I don't use the mail feature in any games, but I'm quite talkative when it comes to communicating via voice. So the only way to get a hold of me directly is on Discord where I can engage with the community in a safe and positive manner but do not send me any mail unless you gain my trust via my community server first.

If you want to sponsor me via a company, then feel free to DM me via my Discord server but take note that I'll report anyone who tries to conduct any sort of fraudulent activity or advertising spam, as it would be against the Discord Terms of Service to do so. I'll always conduct my research to ensure that every sponsor is legitimate so that I do not mislead any of my followers into fake endorsements or false advertising that would put everyone's privacy at risk.
